The system security feature of PeppolSync ensures the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive financial data by leveraging strong encryption and authentication measures during the transmission of e-invoices across the secure, certified Peppol network, in line with global e-invoicing standards.


Authentication

Ensures secure access to the Peppol network and MyInvois API using industry-standard security tokens and accredited authentication protocols for intermediaries (Access Points).

Data Encryption

All e-invoice data transmitted through the Peppol network and our platform is protected using robust encryption protocols, safeguarding sensitive financial information during transit.

Access Control

Utilizes role-based permissions to ensure that only authorized accounting or finance personnel can initiate, view, and manage e-invoice submissions within the integrated ERP system.
